Track Description:

Desription

Student engagement and activism play a crucial role in advancing responsible management education and shaping society, particularly in addressing the UN SDGs. Students are one of the innovation drivers in responsible management education, as they can feel the gaps, as well understand future generations better. Their activities, often intuitive for them, can showcase good practices from which we can see the perspective of new generations. This track aims to show student case studies of their activities that align with the Principles for Responsible Management Education, showcasing innovative approaches in marketing, IT development, student startups, human resource management, and other relevant management fields. By fostering a multidisciplinary perspective, this track aims to highlight how students actively contribute to sustainable and ethical business practices, bridging theory and real-world impact.

We encourage collaborative work between students, educators, and practitioners, emphasizing the role of student-driven projects in shaping a more responsible and inclusive management education. As proponents, we are willing to develop a unified approach for submissions, ensuring consistency in sharing best practices. This section could be different than traditional contributions if the program committee approves so.
