RMERC 2025 Successfully Concluded at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences

The Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade, proudly hosted the Responsible Management Education Research Conference (RMERC 2025) from October 21 to 24, 2025, under the central theme: “Rethinking Growth and Exploring New Possibilities for a Regenerative World: Unexplored Management Research and Education Areas that Reconnect Purpose to Responsible Business and Leadership.”

The conference gathered scholars, educators, practitioners, and students from around the world to discuss the role of business schools and higher education institutions in promoting responsibility, ethics, sustainability, and regeneration in management education. Throughout three days filled with knowledge, collaboration, and inspiration, participants exchanged ideas, shared research findings, and explored innovative approaches to transforming management education for a more sustainable future.

The RMERC 2025 program consisted of a series of plenary panels, parallel sessions, workshops, roundtables, and networking activities, which provided an opportunity for dialogue among academics, researchers, and industry experts. The event also included several student-led sessions, emphasizing the importance of youth engagement in shaping responsible management education. 

As a continuation of the conference theme, the Faculty also hosted a special side event within the Global Visioning Conference Series, organized in collaboration with MIT World Peace University, Goa, and the PRME Anti-Poverty Working Group, contributing to the ongoing global dialogue on innovation and transdisciplinary learning in higher education.

With RMERC 2025 now successfully concluded, the Faculty looks forward to continuing the collaboration within this global community and eagerly anticipates the next RMER Conference.
