Description

The “Positive Tipping Points in and through Business Education” track aims to catalyze a radical transformation in business education by exploring and integrating innovative pedagogies, methodologies and technologies to cultivate regenerative and purpose-driven leadership, encourage educators to dismantle ego-driven practices and traditional boundaries, emphasise the relevance and impact of deep collaboration beyond egos, logos and borders and challenge underlying economic growth assumptions.

We will delve into how business schools can empower students and learners to become responsible leaders, connect purpose with practice by “walking the talk”, and foster deep transdisciplinary collaboration. By integrating insights from existing RMER tracks, participants will engage in transformative dialogues that emphasize co-creation and collective action. Together, we will envision a future where business education not only addresses current global challenges but also actively shapes and contributes to a sustainable, flourishing world.

We welcome not only conceptual approaches and but also contributions that present implemented experiments and initiatives, detailing the challenges encountered, solutions devised, and lessons learned.
